I have packages ready for pickup/ delivery, do I have to pay for all at once?

The first set of packages have to be collected before the most recent packages can be collected.

Can we ship packages using multiple names or shared account?

We do not accept packages that are shipped without the registered name and correct mailbox number for security reasons. All packages must match registered name, and a valid government ID is required upon pickup. Failure to register and use our shipping address or use someone else mailbox number will result in an administrative fee of JMD $1500 conditions apply.

What rate will I pay if my package weight falls in between categories?

Packages with weights not listed on the rate chart will be rounded up to the next rate. A package weighing 1.2 pounds will be charged 2 pounds.

What is a complete Invoice?

Order number, screenshot of tracking number from seller or carrier, Description of items with cost breakdown, checkout total showing final amount paid. Invoice should be submitted once package arrives at warehouse.

Package delivered but not updated on portal?

Once package is delivered it takes up to 24 hours to be updated on your account.

How to request delivery?
